Fragrance Design & Education
I was initiated into the Art of Perfumery by Grasse Master Perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena at the Università dell’Immagine of Milan, in my native country Italy. Soon afterwards I started working for global fragrance companies Symrise and LVMH Acqua di Parma.
Quite a few fragrance suitcases later, earning the nickname Perfume Gypsy, I now specialise in artisanal luxury fragrance. My work for Royal Perfumers Floris London, Le Labo and L’Odore Haute Perfumery gives me quite a unique experience in the realm of perfume.
Aside from my perfumery work I am dedicated to fragrance education in design, through my pioneering workshops at London College of Fashion UAL, Slade School of Fine Arts UCL and Bern University of the Arts. This experience is featured in the book Designing With Smells.
My work has been featured in several publications and international conferences, and made me an Associate Member of the British Society of Perfumers. A life-long holistic meditation and yoga practice informs my experience. Full C.V.
