Fragrance Design & Education

I was initiated to the Art of Perfumery by Grasse Master Perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena at the Università dell’Immagine of Milan, before starting his career working globally for fragrance companies such as Symrise, LVMH Acqua di Parma, Le Labo.

London is my base. As Artisanal Perfumer for Royal Perfumers Floris London I specialise in bespoke fragrance creation. At Floris I have won a Fine Fragrance Award and got the chance to make a fragrance for Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II.

From London my journey took me first to Saudi Arabia to open L’Odore Haute Perfumery in Havery Nichols Riyadh, then to Berlin and NYC working with Perfumer Christophe Laudamiel, as well as Venice, Italy to create for The Merchant of Venice and Perfume Museum Palazzo Mocenigo.

A trained educator, I pioneered fragrance workshops at London College of Fashion UAL, Slade School of Fine Arts UCL and Bern University of the Arts, as featured in the book Designing With Smells. I also guest lecture at the ISIPCA-Universita’ di Padova Perfumery programmes.

My work has been featured on both British and Italian press as well as in international conferences and made me an Associate Member of the British Society of Perfumers. A life-long meditation and yoga practice informs my experience.
